Characters Name: Korrine Anders
Canon Character? No
Age: 16
Sex: Female
Blood Line: Pure
Standing: Order Supporter
Plot:
Job Title: Cleaner on base
Personality: Korrine is always happy and likes to make others happy as well. When she is sad, she hides it well and only talks about it with someone close. She is very random and if an awkward silence appears, she will say the first thing that comes to mind.
Kori is extremely outgoing and can make friends anywhere she goes. She can be a bit ditzy at times but she is usually very smart. She has no center of balance and will trip at any given time without anything to trip over. She loves to sing and write songs and poems.
History: Kori's parents loved each other, but fought a lot. One thing they fought over was their children. When Kori was first born, her father was so upset that it wasn't another (She has one older brother) boy. Her mother was happy it was a girl. They couldn't decide on a name so they picked Korrine. Her father only settled on it because she could also be called Kori, which was also a guys name. Even though her father wanted another boy and basically named her like a boy, he never treated her like a boy.
Korrine grew up your basic girl. Her brother did teach her to toughen up a bit and not be the extreme girly girl though. She wasn't at the school the day of the 'accident', (as she likes to refer to it as) but instead, she was visiting her family. Kori and her brother were separated from their parents and she was eventually separated from him as well. She hasn't seen any of them since that day and is not sure weather they are still alive and well or not.
Appearance: Korrine has dirty blonde hair and brilliant blue eyes. Her skin isn't pale but it isn't exactly tan either. She has an average sized body type but isn't very tall for her age. She is just barely over 5 foot and doesn't like to wear shoes that make her taller. She likes to wear what she wants and you'll usually see her in a crazy outfit.
RP Post Example: (this is from another site I'm on. I hope that's fine.)
The day was hot and sticky. No breeze was present and no clouds lingered in the sky long enough to cover the burning sun. A few beads of sweat dripped down Korrine's face, stomach, and back. The heat was too much for her to be fully dressed, so she wore a pair of shorts and her bikini top. Her shorts were orange and plaid with dark blue and brown and her top was the same color of blue in the shorts.
Kori lifted her bleach blonde hair off of her neck and let it fall over the back of her chair as her brilliant blue eyes gazed around. She was sitting outside of her small home. She knew well enough that both dominate races knew the location of the little town, but seeing as it were daylight, she figured no vampires would bother her. Lycans were a different story though. She wasn't as scared of them as the vampires. Normally, lycans didn't try to suck you dry, or take you as a pet. It did happen occasionally though.
Many called her brave for being out as much as she was. Korrine was scared, but she figured she only had one life, and wasn't going to waste it hiding. She had done that for to long as it was. She had lived in the same little house since she had been born. Only, until recently, she had had some company. Her mother and her older brother used to live with her.
Kori had been living by herself for about a year now. Her mother had been carried off by vampires, and her brother had gone after her. He had told Kori to stay put and not to follow him, that he didn't want to lose her as well. She had listened and she hasn't seen him since. It still hurts her to know she had just stayed there, and not gone and helped. Maybe if she would have, they would still all be together. She had no way of knowing if her family were still alive.
Korrine tried not to think about that. It only made her feel worse about her life. Why did fate have to do this to her kind? Her mother had told her stories that were told to her about before the other races took over. She wanted that so bad, even though she never experienced it herself. It had to be better than this.
