Ginny walked into the compound for the first time looking around her for a familiar face. It had been hard to leave Sirius today but she had to fulfill her promise to Harry. She would make this world safe for their son. Spotting George, she smiled and waved, unprepared for the frown that he shot her way.

George had been doing his exercizes when he turned and spotted his sister. He frowned and stormed over towards her. "What in bloody hell do you think you are doing here and away from the baby?" He demanded as he caught up to her. He was not pleased that she had come here and left her baby son with some sort of a stranger.

Ginny returned George's glare, "Fufilling a promise." she said simply not elaborating on it anymore. She refused to sit by and do nothing while others defended her, just because she was the mother of Harry Potter's heir. She had fought just as bravely in the battle where he had died and refused to now sit along the sidelines because George didn't want her in any danger, "I have just as much stake in this war as you do George Weasley. I've lost just as much, if not more." she planted her hands on her hips determined not to cry.

"Look Gin, you have a baby to look after and what happens when and if you follow the steps of his daddy and go get yourself killed. I am not one to take care of a child Gin, it's not generally a good idea but I would be the last of the family the little butterball has got after that and frankly I would have to raise him. Do you really want another kid to turn out like me?" He gave her a wry grin.
"Come on Gin, promise or not is it really worth it to have the possiblity of not being able to see Sirius grow into a man like his father would have wanted?" He asked with a sigh. "Please just go home and take care of the baby and I will make sure we make it a better world for him and you alright?"

Ginny smiled saddly at her brother, he did have a point but she couldn't give in. "George, I have to do this." she sighed, "How can I go home and look Sirius in the eyes while I sit by and do nothing to make his world better? How can I look myself in the eye? Don't worry George, Sirius will be taken care of. Not that I have any plans of dying, but I have to do my part. I refuse to sit on my but and be pampered just because I happen to be the mother of Harry Potters only child!" She really didn't want to continue to argue this with George but knew full well he wasn't done, not by a long shot!"

"Ginny I know you don't want to be pampered and that is not what this is about, you need to take care of that son of yours before someone else tries to do him in. He needs his mother to protect him while his father cannot and you need to understand this. You may want to help make this world better but what do you think will happen if Voldemort knows there is one last Potter out here? He will hunt Sirius down at that point and we both know it. You need to just protect Sirius and let the rest of us worry about saving the world." George knew his words would only make her angry but she had to see reason.

Ginny glowered at her brother, "And what will I be protecting him for, George? A lifetime of hiding from Voldemort and his followers. That isn't the life I want for my son George, and you know full well I am not one to sit on the sidelines while other people fight for me. Sirius will be taken care of George, I plan to do that myself, but he will be seen to even if I can't. So lay off, George and show me around."
